Limited Warranty for Custom Cabinetry

1. Coverage

Classic Custom WoodWorks provides this Limited Warranty to the original purchaser (“Owner”) for the custom kitchen

This Limited Warranty covers labor and materials provided and installed by the Contractor for a period of one (1) year, beginning on the date of substantial completion

2. What Is Covered

• Cabinetry, countertops, and millwork installed by Contractor.

• Flooring and tile work performed as part of the kitchen project.

• Hinges and Draw Slides by Manufacture

 

3. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, fading, or minor cosmetic imperfections.

• Damage caused by renters, misuse, neglect, abuse, or lack of proper maintenance.

• Damage due to structural shifting, settling of the building, or acts of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, or storm).

• Appliances, fixtures, or hardware covered under separate manufacturer warranties.

• We do not do or Cover Plumbing / Eletrical 

• Work performed or altered by anyone other than Contractor.

4. Owner’s Responsibilities

The Owner agrees to:

• Provide proper care and maintenance of all installed materials.

• Notify Contractor in writing of any warranty claims within ten (10) days of discovering the defect.

• Allow Contractor reasonable access to the property to inspect and perform any necessary warranty work.

5. Claims Procedure

All claims must be submitted in writing to:

Contractor will schedule an inspection within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written claim. If the claim is deemed valid, Contractor will complete the repair within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Limitations

• Contractor’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective work only.

• Under no circumstances shall Contractor be liable for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or additional expenses.

• This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under California law.

7. Term

This Limited Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of substantial completion.
